How do I request a quotation? You can request a quote through our website, email, or by phone. Our team will do their best to respond within 24 hours.
-
What details do you expect on the request for quotation? To provide an accurate cost estimate, the following details need to be specified: Type of Job Size Quantity Paper preference and the gsm Finishing Number of pages Required material Request for installation Request for artwork
-
What happens after I place an order? There are two scenarios here: 1. If your artwork is readily available, the files should be sent to us, Upon receipt of your files, we will conduct a thorough review to ensure they meet the necessary printing standards and align with your specifications. Should all assessments indicate compliance, we will proceed with printing a proof if requested or proceed directly to production. In the event that any discrepancies are identified during the evaluation, we will promptly notify you. 2. We have an in-house creative team who will bring your vision to life. They will work closely with you and create from scratch until you are satisfied with the results. We can then proceed with the manufacturing/printing.
-
When do I pay?We usually provide our repeated customers with credit facilities with most of the time a 50% down payment for projects which are substantial in scope. For smaller quantities and samples, we request payment on delivery.
-
How do I pay? When payment is required, an invoice will be sent to you. We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer and instant bank transfer.

Why is a proof needed?A proof serves as a singular copy of your printed material, allowing for a visual examination to confirm that the layout and colours align precisely with the intended design. This step is undertaken before transmitting the document to the press for the manufacturing. We will produce a proof that will be sent to you online in PDF format or if requested on printed paper, which can be viewed in our office. Your approval of the final proof serves as the ultimate guarantee that every detail of our work and your own is accurate, ensuring that the content aligns precisely with your intended message.

Are my files kept for reprints? We retain all files on our systems. Should you wish for us not to retain your files, kindly inform us, and we will delete them after printing.

I am re ordering a job; why is the price different from last time?We usually estimate the cost on the quantity to be produced.
-
What is the difference between coated and uncoated paper?Uncoated paper, known for its cost-effectiveness, finds common application in newspaper printing, basic black-and-white copying, and basic stationeries. In contrast, coated paper, crafted from superior quality material with a smooth glossy or matte texture, excels in producing sharp text and vibrant colours. Despite its enhanced printing capabilities, coated paper typically commands a higher price point.
-
Is white considered a printing colour?White is not commonly regarded as a printing colour, given that standard printing paper is inherently white. However, we have two options in the case coloured paper is required; coloured toners or inks are applied onto a white paper surface, allowing the uninked sections to retain the natural white hue of the paper, or by foil stamping white ink onto the coloured paper. Same applies to large format prints.

How long will it take to complete my order?Subject to the existing workload and pending tasks, some can be completed within hours, whereas others might require several days for completion. Kindly inform us of your desired timeline, and we will assess its feasibility. Our commitment to meeting stringent deadlines is unwavering,
